 Service Charge @ 2.5% and GST @ 18% would be charged additionally on the tariff above.

 Children below the age of 5 years would be complimentary. Aadhar card would be mandatory for proof of age.

 All occupants of 5 years and above will be treated as adults for the purpose of tariff calculation. In the absence of Aadhar card for any child, he/she will be considered an adult.

 There is no concept of “Extra Bed”. For any occupant above the age of 5 and occupying a room as the third occupant, the Extra Person charge will be levied whether or not an Extra Bed is requested for by the occupant or not.

 The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in any room including children of any age is three.

 The Villa can accommodate a maximum number of 15 guest including children on full occupancy at any time, we do not accept booking for group that exceeds 15 members.

 We do not have any separate provision for accompanying maids or nannies. Should these be a part of any group, they will have to be accommodated in the bedrooms occupied by guests and will be charged as an Extra Person.

 We do not take any bookings for individual rooms. Bookings lesser than 5 bedrooms are purely discretionary by the management (Not applicable for season time). In the event any booking is taken for less than 5 bedrooms, the remaining room(s) would remain unoccupied and the Villa will always be for the use of one group of friends or family at any given time.

 All rates are subject to change without notice at any time.

 We take 100% advance at the time of booking confirmation.
